Goodivo operates this online store. This page describes the information used by the shopping, account, contact and reward features. For questions, use the Contact Us form.

We use the contact, billing and shipping details you provide to maintain your account and manage orders. Cart items, prices, discounts and coupon usage are validated by the store server. Do not send payment card details through contact forms.

Contact and newsletter forms store the information you choose to submit so the store can review the request. A submitted newsletter request is not a confirmation that an email subscription has been activated.

WooCommerce session cookies maintain your cart. Login cookies support your signed-in account. A signed visitor cookie supports reward eligibility and ownership and is renewed with a 35-day lifetime. Wishlist and comparison preferences are stored in your browser. Clearing browser storage can remove those preferences.

Reward eligibility and issued coupons are maintained on the server. A reward coupon is associated with the account or signed browser identity that received it. Coupon amount, expiry and single-use status are checked when the coupon is applied and when an order is placed.

If you submit a comment or product review, the store processes the submitted text, rating and identifying fields to display and moderate that contribution. Avoid including private order or payment information in public comments.

You can review account and address information in My Account, clear optional browser preferences, and contact the store about your information. Order records may need to be retained for order support and applicable record-keeping requirements.
